The first half week of school ended pretty good. I was extremely tired of being on my feet and hearing my own voice though! It's a challenge to get back into the swing of things. Sarah and I took our annual first day of school picture. We're not totally sure what happened to this picture, but I like it none-the-less.
And here they are!...the new crop of kids in room 114!
They're quite the little group for sure. Very busy.
On Friday night we went to eat at Pei Wei and then stopped by our friends, Chris and Sarah's, for their going away cook-out. They moving to Dallas!
Saturday was a rainy/cloudy day, so we were pretty lazy and stayed inside and worked on "home stuff." We kind-of got ourselves re-organized before David started fall clinic. I even watched the first half of "Gone With the Wind." Love that movie. :)
Saturday night we had a Sunday School class cook-out, and the food was delicious! Here's a couple pictures from the night. What great friends we have.
This is Matt and Diana's precious son, Collin. We adore him as you can see!
This is my first full week back. Yikes. We've got some evening activities this week too. Tonight we're going to dinner at our friends Hershel and Jodi's house. On Wednesday we have the annual Delta Dental dinner at Lydia's for all of the Arkansas students that are at UMKC, except this year David is one of the fourth years!!! Finally! So great.
