Rachel has shamed me into finally posting again, and I will admit that I am disappointed on how many times in 2010 that I have blogged. Not too many. Rachel keeps a nice documentary of our life here, and I am proud of the way she continues to do it. Here is an update of what has been going on. Since boards are finished and clinic is in full swing, I am enjoying the new found freedom. Not having so many classes really is nice, and seeing patients everyday is great. There is something to learn everyday, and I am just trying to soak it all in. I am working towards the requirements that our class has been assigned, which means that everyone needs a certain number of crowns, dentures, root canals etc. to graduate. These requirements consume the last part of dental school and everyone tries to scrounge around for anyone they know that may have a problem that they can fix. It has been somewhat nerve-wracking to start the "first procedures," but after that, it's more comfortable. Overall, I am really enjoying it, and look forward to what the next day brings. As soon as I have any pictures, I will post them.
Last night we hosted a birthday dinner for Katherine Thorpe, and had a great time. It was really great to get together, and talk about what was going Rachel made a great chicken pesto pasta and asparagus for dinner. Here is a picture of Rachel and the birthday girl.

This weekend, we are going to Atlanta to visit my brother Ben and go to the Razorback vs Georgia game. We are really excited to see Ben's place and experience Atlanta. There will be lots of pictures for sure.
