David and I celebrated Valentine's Day last night, since the actual day is Sunday and David has to go to class on Monday. We made reservations at an Italian restaurant called Bravo. We have heard that Little Rock is getting one sometime in the near future. The food was super good! Afterward we were going to go to McCormick and Schmicks for dessert but were too full. We're going to go tonight instead! After dinner we came home and exchanged gifts. We feel truly blessed to have spent these two married Valentine's Days together. All of our many Valentines Days together when we were dating were extremely special of course, but celebrating the holiday as a married couple for the second year is definitley wonderful.
Mom and Dad are coming into town on Sunday night to hang out for Monday and Tuesday (I don't have work). They will be able to see my classroom again and also go to one of the basketball games with me. I can't wait to see them. Pictures to come!
