Final Decisions

Last week after the long Memorial Day Weekend was good. David got back to work and I got the house in order before heading to Dallas for one night to help Kathy find a "mother of the groom" dress for Ben and Abby's wedding this November. We were successful and David did a wonderful job with Abigail here by himself.

On Sunday we got to spend some nice family time at our pool. I hated paying those dues at the beginning of this year, but I LOVE our pool. It has a great zero depth entry area that Abigail loves and that I can sit at. It's also walking distance (when it's not boiling outside).

Yesterday over lunch I got to go downtown and eat lunch at The Hop with my Mom and Dad!

Also yesterday we had the pleasure of babysitting Caroline Thorpe while her parents were busy and then actually got to have a little bit of a sleep over! Jay and Katherine's air unit is breaking down and it is HOT y'all. Arkansas is HOT. Being that she is nine months pregnant and that Caroline was already asleep at our house, they bunked up here, which was really fun.

And like the title of this post says, we have made some final decisions when it comes to the kitchen re-model. In fact, we are done making all of the big ones and are just waiting for our contractor to start the work! I can't wait!
