Happy 4th of July

David and I had very fun, although seperate 4th of July weekends. David went camping with all the old college guys and had a great time. Sorry, no pictures were taken. :)

I drove down to the lake Friday night after work. Tripp waited for me in Fayetteville and drove the last leg with me...which I was very thankful for. I took Deuce with me too! On Saturday we spent the day out of the lake and ended the day at the Mountain Harbor Freedom Festival and a couple fun games of "peanut." Sunday was more of the same except that we ended the day on the lake with hundreds of other boats watching the fireworks. It is such a cool thing to see that many boats together on the lake at night. Here is a picture from out on the lake. Tripp and I can do some killer cannon balls off the side of the boat. Tripp's form might be better than mine but I have more "ups."

We also celebrated Mom's 51st birthday while we were there and Tripp baked what I think was his first cake...very good Tripp.

Mom celebrated her birthday with a nice cannon ball as well. :)

Listen, you jumped like four seconds after me. And I jumped out so I didn't splash you too much. Just trying to be a loving brother and grief is all I get.
