Handy Husband

Well, my handy husband has struck again...this time out of necessity. I was shocked to discover a puddle of water on my kitchen floor and a massive amount of water in the basement after I ran the dishwasher yesterday. I called David and he came home and proceeded to take out our old dishwasher and find the problem...a busted on hot water line...

We knew we didn't want to buy a new line to fix a dishwasher that we don't particularly like anyway and is older than some of the American Idol contestants this year, so we headed to Lowes. We were under a little bit of a time constraint because of our gospel group coming over, but David got the new one installed right in time!

I LOVE it. What I love even more is my husband who is willing to take on any task and do a good job. I appreciate him so much!

This week has been great and the Rainwaters arrive this afternoon. On Wednesday I was able to discover what Deuce does when they test the tornado sirens...



I'm sure the neighbors love that. :)
