This past weekend Mike and Kathy came to KC and it was so much fun! We had a wonderful time showing them around the city and showing them where David goes to school and where I work. They even took us out for great out-to-eats! This week has been Spring Break for David and I and we have loved every minute of it. The weather has been great and we have worked a ton in the yard. David got new patio furniture for his birthday that we found on Craig's List and we've eaten outside almost every night this week. Today David repainted the patio furniture and it looks even better. We've got the yard cut down and the flowers are all starting to come out too!

The flowers by the front door are doing pretty good...
...and the ones by the garage door are doing even better!
David has the whole front yard looking fresh for spring!

Everything looks so wonderful!! Your pot is just beautiful. I do believe that you might have inherited your grandaddy Pippin's green thumb. The daffodils look so great!! I love the patio set and new umbrella. I can't wait to see it all in person and enjoy! Luv ya'll!
Look'in good! I am working on my green thumb as well. Where did you find your planter? I am looking for one about that size.
